During the weekend of August 7-9 , we will perform maintenance on our loadbalancer infrastructure on our datacenter. If you are running your Cloud services on the Azure platform, you can ignore this maintenance message.
Impact: during the maintenance, we will perform some failovers. During the following windows, you can expect some outage on web portals, citrix and RDS connections: * Friday August 7, 21h – 22h30 * Saturday August 8, 21-22h30
Technical: we will perfrom an upgrade of the loadbalancers software.
If you would like to test your application, please contact your Technical account manager. Test windows: * Acceptance: Saturday, August 8, 15h30 – 18h30 * Production: Saturday, August 8, 21h - 22h30
