Customers informed us, that Citrix has pushed an automated Citrix client update. After this update these customers aren't able to connect to our Citrix environment. Users who have disabled this automated update option are not impacted.
To resolve this issue, we've rescheduled our Citrix Netscaler upgrade: - The first group of Netscalers will be upgraded on Monday evening, May 6. - The second group will be done on Thursday evening, May 9 - Our acceptance Netscaler has been upgraded 2 months ago without customer impact.
We also would like to inform you that ASPEX will upgrade the secured connections of the Citrix Netscalers in June. From that moment on, we will only support TLS 1.2 connections. Connections made with previous TLS versions will not be supported anymore.
