During the change window of February 11, we will perform maintenance on our load balancing infrastructure in our own data center.
Timings: we will start at 20h, there will be no impact before 21h. We will be finished before 23h
Impact: During the failovers, there will be short interruptions for the services active on the load balancers. These are typically web portals, Citrix environments and RDS Gateways and RDS servers. There is no impact for customers running there services on the Microsoft Azure data center
In technical terms, we will migrate to new physical load balancers which are more powerful. The current configurations of the different services will be taken over on the new infrastructure and become active after failover. This will be done for every node of the cluster.
